asked me out on his first and second visit here;  what a jerk!And!!!  The owner

Bait and switch: delivered product and charged a rate not agreed to. I attempted to resolve reasonably & amicably
with the owner Neal and he refused, even though he admitted his staff was wrong.  I strongly suggest not doing business with them,
not trustworthy and no sense of customer at all.

The outcome was very good. He did a great job with everything and I would recommend him highly.

I hired the company to remove some broken branches from the trees.  When they arrived to the house, they were not prepared for the job.  They didn't have a ladder to climb the trees, so I had to lend them mine.  They didn't have all the tools and ropes needed for the job, so I had to drive one of the guys back to the office to get them.  Then, when they started using the chipper, it got jammed and they spent a lot of time trying to fix it.  Because I was paying them by the hour, at this point, I asked them to stop wasting time with the chipper and continue cutting branches.  Carlos did a wonderful job cutting branches.  Kudos to him.  When I realized the number of branches on the ground, I asked them if they could get another chipper.  None was available, so I asked them to continue cutting the branches.  I didn't want to wait a long time for them to come back with another chipper (I had to wait three weeks for this  appointment).  I believe that if they were prepared when they got here and the chipper was working properly, more could had been done in the amount of time that they were here.  So, I spent the rest of the day cleaning up the branches left on the ground.  When I called Neal the next day to give him feedback, he started screaming at me because he thought I didn't want to pay (which was not the case) and he never gave me an opportunity to tell him anything.  Poor customer service.
I rated the quality bad because they could not perform one of the two things that they were hired for.  I rated the professionalism bad because the management treated me pretty poor on the phone.  The workers were very good at the site.
