He had to come figure out why the pipe burst. He figured it out, made some changes, gave me information to file with the insurance company and the insurance paid the claim based on what he had wrote. He replaced the pipe, he did a few things.
The pipe burst in February, but the work was done in July. He didn?t just come in and fix the pipe and leave. He wanted to figured out what in the world went wrong. He really dealt into it and figured out what broke down and why it occurred.

He is not cheap! He knows his stuff, knows what he is doing, is very good. If you have any problems or issues, he will go through a thorough evaluation of what needs to be done. But, I have had other people come here to do boiler cleaning and it is not extensive like he does. He actually takes things apart, cleans the moving parts and explains to you what they are doing. They were here doing a lot of stuff.

I was very satisfied with them. They had a good rating from the Better Business Bureau. I was very happy with him. It worked out very well for me.
