Tried calling shop numerous times but no one could help me with warranty service except for the owner. Finally brought the unit into the shop and he told me he didn't want to work on it because the manufacturer did not pay him enough and cost him money. Told me to call the manufacturer and tell them it needed to be replaced. I called the manufacturer and they told me only the warranty servicer can request a replacement. I called VAC SHACK, INCORPORATED again and was told I had to talk to the owner, but he was going to be in "meetings" for most of the day. I relayed all of the information and requested a call back. It's now been over a week and I still have not received a return call.
