 + -1 moreHugh Gallagher was excellent. He responded quickly to our phone calls, kept us informed about the status of the order, and was prompt on the day he agreed to do the installation. Hugh was concerned that we get these windows in during 2017 to ensure that we got homeowner credit for them, so he installed them over the holiday. They installed 4 windows in less than 3 hours, and made absolutely no mess. All workers were pleasant to work with. He also suggested, and installed, room darkening shades, which we love. He stood by all of his commitments and estimates. We are going to have additional work done by this firm in the future.
