We have spent money on extended warranties and have nothing but trouble with their service. The appliances were fine, but the techs were not showing up for service without calling or explaining why. I finally had to go to corporate about the issues. I had to cancel a service contract because I kept getting transferred to other parties when I called and no one knew how to help me or even wanted to.

I spent about $2,000. The price was really good. I had done some shopping around and I was really happy with what I found with them. The sales people were very helpful. They explained everything; they were very detailed. They answered my questions. The service, the delivery, and the installation were done right on time. The delivery schedule seemed to be right open at that time. So, I did not have to make any special arrangements to make sure somebody was at home. They delivered and installed the appliances on my schedule. They were neat and clean. They installed the dishwasher and refrigerator without any problem. I had bought the wrong size hood for the stove. I returned it myself to the store directly. They were very accommodating and did an exchange for me without any questions asked. I would use them again in the future.
