From start to finish, estimate to installation, an excellent job. Setting up the estimate was a breeze, Anthony came and measured everything and quoted me a very fair price, and Dan's installation was quick, efficient, clean and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience overall!

We cannot begin to express our appreciation for the phenomenal experience we had working with RWC. While we came to the table with a clear vision, style and "look" for our kitchen remodel, Joe helped mold and guide us with his superior design knowledge and experience in finalizing the perfect layout, cabinet styles, accessories, etc. In addition, he and Anthony were so helpful in recommending other players in the process - their preferred array of installers who were each professional and delivered in their craft. This is the third time that we have contracted them within the last 8 years. The first two times was for several replacement windows, and for a new sliding screen door onto our deck. This most recent time was for several more windows as well as a new front entry door.















The men, Art & Danny worked steadily from 8 am until 3:30 pm with no break. They laid down cloth runners onto my hallway tile, the staircase, and bedroom carpet. Their workmanship was with precision and their perfectionism shone through once again. When they completed their work, they cleaned up all of the debris, and they carted off our old door and windows as well.















RWC also has an extensive show room as well as many catalogs, swatches and samples to help assist in your choices, and they give you all of the time and attention that you need in making your decision. I fully respected their opinion as I asked them many questions. The quality of all of their items is superior, and that's what we all want when upgrading or purchasing our homes.















We are beyond happy with all of the jobs, the staff, and the company.

It was great working with this contractor.  They came on time, as promised, were extremely professional, from the demolition, to the carpenters, the tilers, glass and mirror installers and finally the finishers.  If we did have little issues, they were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.   The job took a bit longer than expected, but we were very pleased with the final result.   A year after the remodel, we had an issue with the silvering coming off the mirror door on the medicine cabinet.  We sent them a picture and they were able to provide a replacement mirror door for the cabinet from the manufacturer.  While this did take some time, I believe it was the delay of the manufacturer, not RWC.  I would recommend this organization highly.

Everything was great with these guys and I would use them again in a heartbeat. The estimate was quick and none of the "BS" of "will your husband or wife be there as well"....if you get that...RUN AWAY.
Eric came and measured windows and gave me estimate in 24 hours, Ashley setup the appointments and a gentlemen named Bob and his associate installed nine new windows, took away the old ones and everything was properly installed and left spotless.

Our Salesman Anthony was great, very helpful. The installers were very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. We will definitely use them again.

They helped us choose the product. We had contacted other companies, and we found the right fiber glass windows.They are extremely carefull with everything, they work very clean and the final product is a piece of art.

Sales rep came to our house; described products, made helpful recommendations. I have called them to do adjustments on some of the windows and am awaiting a date to have the work done. Will write an addendum following that, if you send my a follow-up request.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process took about three months. They were responsive to our inquiry and came to our house to give an estimate, and help us pick out door choices. Then, one of owners came with the installer to examine our doors, give a final estimate and explain what they would have to do. It took almost a month for our doors to be sent to their warehouse/showroom in West Caldwell. We spent an hour with one of their workmen, who was incredibly patient as we tried to find the stain we had in mind. We went back again a week later when he was finished staining the doors to give our final approval. (This would be my only negative - it was a pain to go back there twice, but ultimately it was worth it) Two weeks later, the installer came, and working alone, took two days to finish the job. He was incredibly meticulous with his work, and very, very clean. The company advertises itself in the paper as RWC - it's a family run business that's been around for 50 years. They have an office in Jersey City, and the showroom in West Caldwell. I would definitely hire them again.

I had been told previously that a storm door could not be placed over existing door. RWC came down measured and built out moulding so I could get it the way I wanted it.

Our windows were rotten to the core and, after interviewing several companies we found on Angie's List, we felt very comfortable with RWC and their representative, Joe Alonso. They visited our home twice to spec the work and ensure that all aspects of the job were considered prior to commencing work, including the potential to use "green friendly" products and responsible demo/dumping (yes!). During installation, several unforeseen issues arose (which often can when you live in an older building) and the staff of RWC made themselves available via phone and in person. Although the project took longer than we anticipated due to the issues that cropped up, we are very happy with the results and plan to have RWC return for future window installations, as well as to provide estimates for new interior doors (which is also a part of their business). It's also important to note that they took the referral from Angie's List quite seriously (we mentioned it when we first contacted them).

Windows were to be delivered in about (6) weeks. However, they manufactured my windows in 1 week. Delivery was prompt within 15 minutes of the promised time of delivery. Staff was helpful and courteous. I got what I paid for with these windows. Their price was the best I could find and I did my research. I did recommend them to another friend. I really did not want to install vinyl windows , but on visiting their showroom I was convinced that their windows were a pretty good bargain. Windows do not look like cheap vinyl windows (they do not look like Anderson either) but their windows are a great deal, price and quality wise.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEAN AND VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND DID THE JOB QUICKLY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES.

THEY WERE A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH, AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MAJOR COMPLAINTS. I DID HAVE ONE PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY. I FELT LIKE THEY TOOK WAY TOO LONG TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS IN MY HOME.
