The owner John was the one who answered all calls and came to do the work himself. He was very professional. He explained the entire process down to the chemicals he used and that they were all safe and eco-friendly. The carpets and couch came out looking brand new! I was very pleased with the service especially for the price. it beats renting a rug machine and attempting to do it myself any day. I will be using Preferred Carpet Care again.

The owner is a great professional and did all the work on this job. He has cleaned my carpets for many years. We just moved into a house with a 1950's original pink tile floor in the powder room. Before, the floor was dingy and tired looking and the grout was cracked. Now, the grout is sparkling clean, the floor is brighter. I thought I would need to renovate this bathroom in the near future, but now the floor looks so good I don't need to. The owner is always honest in describing how the work will turn out. He only recommends work that he feels is cost effective and worth doing. I trust his opinion and advice on the work that should be done. I highly recommend him for carpet cleaning and grout cleaning and sealing.

I will say this company knows carpet cleaning like the back of their hand. Our carpets looked great when they were done with them so I would tell others to use their services. The rates they charge are similar to that of competing companies and the work they do with wet cleaning treatments is really impressive.

THEY ARE A VERY FRIENDLY AND REALLY RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY DO HAVE REALLY GOOD SERVICE AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM TO DO ANY WORK WE NEED IN THE FUTURE.
