The painting looks really nice and I am very happy with this. But, I can see 2 or 3 shingles needing repaired on the roof which are lifting after not even one year. There is also a crack on the patio which happened right away because it didn't dry right. He also left a bunch of rocks left over from the stairs in my yard and never came back to pick them up. He started the work in August 2007 and I think he got rushed once fall weather arrived and this made his work not as good as it should have been. Some of the work he hired out for others to do, like the gutters. He also had many men help with the roofing. He is a very nice man, though. I just would like him to come and fix the shingles and fix the crack in the patio and pick up the rest of the rocks.
