Kitchen ceramic floor tiles came undone and were loose, there was a crack in the new wall installed in the kitchen, the caulking between the kitchen cabinets and the ceiling was not done properly and looks sloppy and very unprofessional. I won't go into all the other things that were not finished or were not done correctly. Despite numerous phone calls and texts to repair same, it was never done. Bathroom renovation was not completed, although paid in full. Never came back to install window or grab bar in bathroom. Bathroom is 5 x 8 in size. It took about seven months for bathroom to be completed. Full dumpster was left at my house for approximately four months. Old limestone treads were left for me to discard, all debris of old concrete was left for me to discard. After payment in full was made, I discovered a crack was made during installation in the new bluestone. I immediately contacted Mario, the owner. Although he said it would be taken care of, it is now three years later, and it was never taken care of. I also discovered the tread with the crack was not secured and was loose. This was a dangerous situation. These are just some of the things but there were others that are too numerous to go into. Mario fails to respond to texts or phone calls. Mario does not take responsibility for sloppy or incorrect work done. I finally had to get someone else to repair the step.
