They are now Ott Miller. They are very good. I trust what they do. There's a man I always dealt too. There's a manager Santo Natoli and he's excellent.

I called on Thursday to arrange for service to replace a defective part as a result of a manufacturer recall.  They conveniently scheduled me for "about 1 or 2" on Saturday.  They are the only location with Saturday service hours, which is a huge plus.  I showed up and they did a database check and determined that the car actually had three recalls!  They had in stock only the part for one recall and did the work quickly, i think half an hour or so.  They arranged to order the other parts for the following week, again with a somewhat flexible hour given the anticipated time to repair. 
The next week they welcomed and remembered me.  I arrived during lunch hour and they scheduled me for the repair once lunch was done.  They gave me a time estimate and were done earlier than stated, though maybe they just overestimated. 
Overall they were very nice about the process and getting the work done.  Of course, i didn't have to pay because the repairs were based on a recall; so i can't speak to price.  I would go there again, though perhaps based mostly on the Saturday hours and their friendliness. 

I wasn't satisfied with the service. The service was poor. I have an extended warranty with them and they said the problem wasn't close by what they charged by the extended warranty. I had to call the company myself and they said that it was covered that I kind of never contacted them. I have been dealing with Konner's Chevrolet Inc for years but they've really gone down hill.

I have all GM cars and they service GM cars. Three of my four cars are Chevrolet and one is a Pontiac but that is not a problem for them. I have been using them for three to four years. I am even a part of their car club. They do not try to sell anything I don't need. I can probably leave a $100 behind the seat and it will still be there when I get my car back, so they are very honest. If they keep a car for a long time, they do provide another car. They had to have one of my cars for three or four days, they have a rental service and they gave me a car without a charge because I bought the car from them and I had a problem right after but they were able to fix it. Some dealers would not do that but they did it on their own, without me asking for it. A lot of times, I call them up and say I need an oil change and they ask me to come right away. They know me and I am like a part of their family because I am very involved in their club. I would recommend them.

This was the most gratifying auto buying experience I have ever had. The sales staff at Konners Chevrolet were outstanding. They did not pressure me into buying anything. They were up front with pricing, rebates, trade-ins, etc. They gave me a range of options and only provided expertise or advice when I asked for it. They went out of their way to find a car and color that met my needs and they did not ask me for one penny in deposit to "hold the sale". I believe they gave me a fair price for my trade in and a fair price for the car I purchased. I walked into their dealership with a pre-approved load from my credit union and they easily found a lower interest rate. Their staff took care of everything including calling my insurance company to arrange a transfer.
