Owner and family members do all the work, he is very personable and trustworthy.   Very sensitive to our old house (1913 stone) and working around things that made the job more difficult.   We got 3 estimates and he was the best.  He took longer to do the job than the others predicted, but it was worth it because he was meticulous in doing it right, like I said there are many challenges in an old house.  For example he made sure the ducts were not too low in the cellar that we would hit our head and he was sensitive to the placement of everything.  The other companies wanted to send in 5-8 people at one time and knock it out quickly.   They would not have thought about decisions like that.
