John was very responsive and a very nice person but I had problems with the work. He and his crew mulched a path, made a rock path and a rock boarder. Within days, grass began to grow up from the path and the rock path and two rocks came loose from the rock wall which I had to repair myself. I also asked for white tones for the rocks on the rock path. When I came home I found blue toned rocks instead. John asked me to write him a review. I made him aware of my issues with his work and told him that I would not give a positive review for these reasons, he simply never responded or returned my calls. I was just gonna let this go but then I thought others should be aware if they hire him to watch the work closely.

Contacted John for some shrub and hedge trimming. He was very responsive and arrived as scheduled. His work was very good and he completed it efficiently and with no issues. His pricing is reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend him for any type of landscape work.

We were referred to John thru our neighbor upon the purchase of our new home, and have used him ever since. We are very happy with his work. The initial yard cleanup was of many overgrown trees and shrubs. Some had to be removed. John and his crew did an excellent job and guided us as to which shrubs would grow in our soil. John also did a very nice job accenting our pathway lighting with river rock. Since then, Berlangieri Landscaping has been maintaining our yards and cleaning our driveway from snow. They also have a snow removal service with snow plows which comes in handy. Overall we give John and the rest of the Berlangieri team a high recommendation. They are professional, timely, courteous, and always return phone calls.

We have used John for almost 22 years, since we moved into our house. He always does a wonderful job and our lawn is always looking great. He has also done our mulch and pruned and removed trees for us. I had my lawn dug up and reseeded since my lawn was overgrown with weeds. It's been about 7 weeks since the work was completed. The work was done on a timely basis but there no attention to detail. I have about 85% of coverage of new grass. As the hay dissipated in the lawn I saw a lot of large rocks that were not removed. They could have been seen with a visual inspection before laying the seed down. Not happy with the edging where I had an established lawn it's not really straight. Lastly we talked about him performing the first cut of the new lawn and winterizing. Called to make an appointment but never received a call back. Courtesy call would have been nice even to say I'm too busy and can't do it.

John and his crew did a fantastic job doing the initial landscaping of our extremely over grown new home purchase. His crew pulled back intense over grown plants, mulched and groomed. In addition to the landscaping, we had an odd request to fill in a 10 foot deep inactive cistern. John worked with the town inspectors, organized their schedules and consulted on the best process to fill in the hole. It was even topped and seeded. We are extremely happy.
