I was about to buy a house on a very tight schedule. One of the things I wanted to do is to grow my own vegetables. So, I wanted to test the soil for lead. I found only a handful of companies. One of them was EMC Lead Testing. I spoke with Bob Carlucci, who offered a very good price. Thirty minutes prior to the inspection, Bob called and said he cannot make it. I asked for any other day and time, but he could not commit to anything. Then I asked him to call me and let me know when he can make it. He never called. Had I known that he was going to let me down, I would have hired somebody else. I ended up buying the house without the lead inspection.
Description of Work: Tested soil for lead presence.
