This man "represented" the buyers in our real estate transaction. The home was in a private area and his clients were a highly compensated professional and their spouse. Our dealings with Mr. Sorhagen left us in no doubt that he is one of the rudest individuals that could possibly work in this profession. My wife and I would never consider hiring this man. Each time he spoke to my wife, she came to me very upset at the way he treated her. When he talked to me, I quickly understood her sentiments. An example of this blatant disregard of common courtesy concerned our home inspection. Each time they spoke, he was quite abrupt. When he showed up regarding the removal of the oil tank, he rudely told us that, "we aren't done until we say we are done". Instead of this, Mr. Sorhagen should have told my wife that it was not proper for them to converse as he represents the other party, and should speak to her own agents. That's acceptable
