I was involved in a fender bender and needed the bumper painted. The owner accommodated my schedule and told me he would try to get the job done in one day if I dropped the car off very early. He did in fact get it back to me the same day, saving me from the hassle of renting a car. The paint job was excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised to get the car back freshly washed. The cost was per the insurance estimate.

I found Caldwell Collision right here on Angies List. After reading the positive reviews, I brought our vehicle in for an estimate after a relatively minor accident that damaged the right front. I met with Eddie, their very friendly and professional Estimator. Eddie checked out the damage and provided a thorough written estimate of the parts and labor required to fix the damage. We agreed on a date to drop the car off for repair, and Eddie provided a date he estimated the vehicle would be ready.
Dropped the car off, got a call on exactly the day it was to be done stating it was ready for pickup. I went to Caldwell Collision and saw that the repair looked perfect, I would never have guessed the car had been in an accident. And, as an unexpected surprise, they had cleaned out and vacuumed the whole car!
I went inside with Eddie and was very happy to see that the total charges were exactly what the estimate stated, not a penny more.  I dont know how this could have gone any better (except for not having the accident in the first place :-) ) If I ever have the need for collision repair in the future, I would not hesitate to go to Caldwell Collision.

I had two major dings in my Buick Regal - one from sideswiping a taxi - leaving yellow scrapes on right side and dent in fender and one backing into a wooden planter in a parking lot - leaving bad dent in left rear bumper with crack and paint gone.
I had been to two other body shops and gotten estimates ranging from $2500 - $1800. I drove in to Caldwell Collision and asked for an estimate. Eddie came out looked at the right side first and said and quot;Hang on I'll be right backand quot;. He came back with some paint thinner and a rag and said and quot;I just want to see if this yellow paint comes offand quot; and sure enough paint wiped right off - there was no damage - not even a scratch - underneath. That left only a dent in the front fender which he said was minor. I couldn't believe that neither of the other shops had thought to see if the paint came off!
He gave me an estimate that was more than reasonable to fix that and the rear bumper which he believed he could fix without replacement. I booked an appointment right then and there.
I dropped the car off when I was leaving on vacation and left it for the week. I picked it up first thing Monday morning when I got back - all work was done and the car looks like new.
Both very nice guys and highly professional.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them without reservation.

They were fantastic. They worked with my insurance company after the accident and took care of all the correspondence. They worked quick and efficiently. They were able to set me up with a rental service which is located right next door.

I had a very good experience with Caldwell Collision after being referred by Allstate. Tommy and Eddie were both very easy to deal with for my initial estimate. They quickly were able to schedule a time for me to bring the car in for work. The team promised me the car back by a specific date, and they met that deadline. Tommy called me to give me updates and to let me know when everything was done. I was very happy with the work that they performed, my car came back looking good as new. As an added bonus, Caldwell Collision is an approved vendor for Allstate so they are linked to the insurer for any added work on top what the Allstate adjusters provide. I would recommend them, and I would take my car back again in the even of another car accident. Hopefully I won't have to though....

I chose them on recommendation from my real estate agent. They were very well-priced (about half what 2 other companies wanted)- and the work they did was excellent as well as completed in the amount of time they said it would take. Such a good experience that I've recommended them to others.

They were very quick and efficient starting from giving their estimate to taking the car on a Tuesday and returning it 2 days later on Thursday. Their price was over $200 less than 2 other estimates I'd gotten. The work done looks perfect. I have already recommended them to a coworker, and would recommend them to anyone needing body work done.
