Pest Control
I signed as contract for $265 for 2 years, and I told them to let the tenants sign for the work, since I do not live at that location. They ended up charging my tenants and they refuse to send me a copy of the contract I signed.

They were excellent. They were professional and punctual. They did a full assessment of our house. They got up into the attic to check and showed us where the bats were coming into the house. So we had to install a metal mesh barrier which the bat cannot fly in to. We really appreciated their honesty and we felt that they really knew about the bats behavior.

Most of the bats are gone. Still some left. Disinfection of attic was adequate. Came back for more sealing could not find entry points. Need for another service call. Work in progress.
