This is a great company to work with! ***IMPT: Their company name has changed from "All Jersey" to "E&M Pest Management"). Found them on Angie's List years ago after reading their many positive reviews. They were the ONLY pest company I saw that had reviews saying they actually solved squirrel problems. I had been through a long ordeal on my own of trying to solve getting squirrels out of my attic without killing them. I tried just about everything that was recommended for this online to no avail. I finally decided to call in the professionals and was so disappointed when another pest company wanted to charge me $350 for just putting a "have-a-heart" trap on my roof that I'd have to check myself every day. .E & M Pest Management of Caldwell NJ (then it was called "All Jersey") came though and they are a humane company and did everything they could not to harm or kill the animals. They are knowledgeable, skillful, professional & fairly priced. They were pleasant to work and patiently answered all of my questions. They knew exactly what to do to get the squirrels out of my attic years ago, and then recently they successfully got a raccoon out of my attic that had dug a hole through the roof. It is such a relief when you no longer hear those awful sounds in the attic!. They use an extruder wire tunnel that allows the animals to exit but not return. They even repaired my roof where the raccoon had dug a hole, and it looks perfect! Also even though they are a bit far from us up in West Caldwell, NJ they will drive anywhere in state and I think nearby NY also. (Initially I had just called them for a referral to another company because I thought my location would be too far for them to travel). They came within a few hours of my call, and stayed in contact about when they would return each time. This is one of the few reviews I have ever written because they absolutely deserve it, and I also want to spare others the ordeal I have been through before finding them. Other pest companies need to take a page out of their book to learn know how to effectively, humanely and permanently get squirrels and raccoons out of the attic. I liked their promptness, they did the job correctly, and I haven't had any more raccoons inside the roof. I had one inside. I have not called them to see about the traps, and they have not called me. The trap is still on the roof. The only thing was the price, but they did a nice job. They haven't contacted me afterwards.

Overall, it went well. Time was a factor. It took two months before all the animals were trapped. All my calls were answered efficiently. I was impressed with the communication in the office. The cleanup was only a disinfectint but the patch work where the animal was entering turned out great. Other areas around the roof were secured as well. Overall I was pleased with the work.

Racoons walked out the first night. After a week the raccoons tried to get back in, but they could'nt. Although the corner block is a bit unsightley, it appears that it will keep them out. After calling the company (a few times) about the look of of the corner blockade, they
came back out to make it more appealing. The two technicians Enzo and Emilio are easy to talk to. They will listen and act upon your concerns. Keep in mind that this kind of service is limited as alot of pest control companies do not like to deal with raccoons so it may be expensive. They will work with you on price. Call back times were a bit delayed, but they do show up.

I had first called the highest rated Angie's List animal removal company and asked them the simple question of what do they do with the animals they trap, ie euthanize or relocate them. Not a single person in the office had a clue. Hard to believe for a company that deals daily with animals. I therefore moved down the list and randomly picked All Jersey. It was my lucky day. Alissa (spelling?) answered the phone and knowledgeably answered every question I had. While the other company told me I'd have to wait 5 days for anyone to come and only then could I get an estimate, Alissa asked me questions about the problem, gave me a range of costs, and within 3 hours Emilio and his son Emilio arrived to determine the best way to get the raccoons out. They carefully examined our house and found the place the raccoons entered, then being mindful of doing any damage at all to our home, they created and attached a one-way tunnel for the raccoons to leave. They told us it could take up to a week for the raccoons to go; but within 3 days they were gone and back into the woods. All Jersey's services include removal of the tunnel which I just called to arrange. They were outstanding in their work and their customer service. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I received a phone call asking if they could come early which I was thrilled about. Emilio was the technician that came to my home and called about 5 minutes before he arrived. Emilio was extremely professional and explain everything every step of the way. I'm confident that he has solved this annoying problem and he will be coming back in a week to check on the progress.
I recommend this service and especially Emilio

Told me not to do anything for at least a month and then wash the area..

They did what their company does (remove animals), and the rest they can do as well. I'll call them for blocking up the entry points if my roofer didn't guarantee against it already. Very pleasant experience, given that I had wild animals running through my attic, right over my head.

They were good, prompt and efficient.

They were professional and it was speedy service. They knew what they were doing. They educated me on why squirrels get in and how they do it. They fixed the problem so other squirrels couldn't get in.

Company was prompt in returning my call and coming right away. Thoroughly inspected and communicated what needed to be done. As soon as they created the on-way exit tunnel - the noises stopped immediately and haven't had any issues since.Very pleased with service.

Animal entered attic overnight and in the morning I saw ripped soffits outside. After calling several animal control companies with no luck, I made immediate contact with All-Jersey and received a same day appointment. All-Jersey gets high marks for being there when I needed them and sending techs by mid-afternoon.
The techs, Enzo and Emilio, were very professional. They explained everything after making careful attic and premises inspection and called me outside several times to show me what they were doing. Their work is meticulous -- these are very skilled pros because you can hardly see the difference between the actual soffits and the protective aluminum plates. The follow up instructions were crystal clear. Both Enzo and Emilio left a great impression for expert, thorough work, cheerfulness and wonderful communication, so I will definitely call this company again.

Excellent service. Came within an hour of calling. Inspected both chimneys and repaired what ended up being a loose cap on the chimney. Very friendly, nice guys - professional and pleasant. Would not hesitate to call again for future animal removal needs.

Very satisfied with work that was completed. Squirrels were no longer running around our attic within a day or so. Mice have also been eliminated for now, although I had previously also put down traps and bait which had started to solve that problem. Work was completed in the timeframe that was quoted. I thought the price was a bit high and that was after I negotiated it down several hundred dollars. We were unfortunately in a common situation where we had an immediate problem that needed to be addressed right away and did not have the time to research multiple vendors. As a result, I felt a bit forced to work with these guys. In the end I was happy with the work, but felt it was a bit surprised by the cost.
