Excellent, called the night before when they were closed. I did not call emergency number because it was not an emergency. Received a call back at 8:00 am and they were here by 12:15 p.m. As usual Jeff was pleasant and professional. He explained the issue, left to get the part and the heat was up and running by 2:00 p.m. This is a small business ran by the owners who are good, decent, honest people. His wife Evelyn is also very pleasant, you will be happy with their service,

They are very reliable. He can come out within a day or so of calling him. He works well with the tenants.

We have been using Vanderhoff & Sons for the past 5+ years for our heating and A/C needs. Evelyn and Jeff are always prompt to respond to service calls with professional, quality work. When it came time to replace our furnace (which they installed 17 years ago), they gave us several options and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each. There was no pressure to make a decision. The install was quick and painless and we are very pleased. Always friendly, courteous, and honest, I trust them completely to get us through each season in comfort.

The job took slightly longer than expected but that was because there was some problems with running the duct work. But they got everything done and it has been working just fine. The A/C is balanced so that all of the rooms received enough cool air to keep them comfortable.
