SAFE & SOUND CHILD CARE CTR

Overall, I am very pleased with the child care my little ones received at Safe & Sound.  The staff was very very loving, caring, and gave quite excellent instruction at different levels, which was also well-tailored to kids with special needs, as well as kids who were advanced in learning.  They were extremely proactive and responsive in communication, and shared and implemented feedback and ideas.  They brought in enrichment special programs, which my children enjoyed.   They had great people working there for the most part, and I felt like they gave 110% for the kids' well-being.  I felt they were very sensitive and treated each child as a special individual.  The only minor complaints i had was that the outdoor area is a little small and turf over concrete, but that is out of their control.  There were also a couple of times they were a few minutes late in opening as I was the first to arrive.  They also had minor squabbles among the staff, but I think this is fairly typical in a day care setting.  I  would've continued on, and certainly would go back, and intend to once my kids need the preschool component, except now that with 3 kids it's easier for us to have a live-in provider to prevent days off work due to one of them being sick or snow days.  It's about the same cost once you have 3.
