We liked everything about them, and we haven't had any issues since the service was provided.

My stepson's car was well overdue for inspection, and when PRY did the inspection, they couldn't get it to pass on emissions. After reviewing the data, they determined the catalytic convertor was shot (it's an older car). They found the best configuration to buy (welded vs. clamped) for installation, tuned up the car and fixed a number of problems.



I've found that their price is not low, but reasonable. The work is done right and quickly, and they take the time to explain what they did and show you the used parts. The value of the work is well worth the price. We have four vehicles in our household, and they have done work on all of them.

They have been really fantastic in several ways - first off, they offered to pick up the car for me because I have small children and it's hard to maneuver dropping off the car, and they also offered to drive me home. I got my cars in right away, and they were really fabulous in explaining the details of the repair to us in a way we could understand, and reviewing options for type/quality of the parts they were using. I am very excited to have a car repair place near us we can trust, since we've had a lot of bad experiences in the past. The cost was OK, fair, but really, really worth the service.
