When I encountered a critter for the first time in 30 years. I panicked. I called several places but they were the only ones to call me back. I got lucky. I canâ t brag enough about how very personable, knowledgeable, dependable, courteous, patient and kind they are when they come out on my service plan. They found a termite problem that I thought I might have but didnâ t know for sure and hired them for that as well because I trusted them. When I have a question I call Ellie, also very kind, at the office and she always gets back to me in a timely manner. Itâ s a pleasure to deal with this staff. Thanks Precise, you guys are great!

Front office support was excellent, very personable, pleasant and knowledgeable. Got back to me on any unanswered questions. One year warranty is assuring as squirrels are notoriously persistent in their efforts to return to areas they have invaded. On site , the team was efficient and not at all intrusive. No delays (though weather could have postponed the gameplan!)

the gal who answers the phone as office staff was argumentative and difficult. I had to bite my tongue to keep from saying something that I might later regret- in addition to having already hired this company. The owner was very nice and so was the service person- and the latter seemed knowledgeable about the varied problems.

Very professional and thorough throughout the entire experience. Needed professional help for termite problem that we recently discovered, and of the people who we contacted, Don did the most thorough inspection of the house and pointed out the termite activity. He answered all my questions and did the work within a very reasonable time-frame. It will take time to see how the termite control methods worked, but I have no qualm with the work he's done.

I had bats under one eave in my house. The cost was $400 for them to stuff the eave with some type of filler material. I have no idea if this is a good value or not, since I didn't have a chance to get any other estimates. Seems super high to me - I think the work took about 20 minutes. I'm happy that the bats are gone and not getting other estimates is my fault, not theirs. However, I was unhappy that I was scheduled for the job without being told. I was never notified they were coming and I was out, with my daughter alone at home. When I came home, they were on the roof already. I would have appreciated a heads up.
