Tom Brino was spot on and installing a child safety fence around my existing inground pool. He was fast and efficient and I thought the price was very fair. He even showed us how to save a little money on the install. Because we were so happy with the child safety fence. We decided to get a trampoline style pool cover, which was just installed the other day. Fast, efficient, and looks great. Their work was neat and surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend Tom Brino and pool safety systems.

First contact was with sales person who assured us of the strength and safety of the mesh fence and pole system. We saw a video showing a child trying to ride his bike through the fence. Two installers came and put in the fence a few days later. The fence adjoins our garage and was to be fastened to it. The installers used a small eye bolt about an inch and one eighth in length. When we questioned them about the security of this attachment, they told us they had done thousands of installations. On Sunday, August 10, my 3 year old, 37 pound grandson shook the pole nearest the garage and it came right out of the garage. Luckily we were right there, and he is fine. We called Tom Brino, the dealer who did the install, and he came out bringing another short eye bolt, which he put into the garage. This time I shook it and it fell right out. He informed me that the fence is just a "deterrent" and not intended to stop a child from getting to the pool. He also said that at 3 years old the child should know the difference between right and wrong. He then put another hole in my garage, another much too short bolt and left. I intend to call a handyman I trust to fix the situation and I would like Tom Brino, Pool Safety Systems, to pay for the repair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone in the market for a safety system.
