NY Superior Cleaning

This service is really good for the price, and the customer service is pretty great. While I was setting up service with Victoria, I really did feel my frustrations were met, as I have tried other services before, and each being a total bust. She was very professional and prompt when she called me back to ensure some details about the cleaning I had scheduled the following day. 
As for the cleaning, my cleaning lady was Alex, and she was very good. It was a solid cleaning and she really listened to my need for her to pay attention to details especially in my kitchen and living room space. She was even teaching me how to use some products correctly, because I had been using them wrong in the past. She was very thorough and she did a fantastic job on my floors in the kitchen and bathroom-- she hand washed both! I pay attention to detail and never even go that far, so it was something I really did appreciate. Overall I think she was very sweet and social and she really knows what she's doing. She even worked well around my dogs, which are pretty energetic in the mornings. 
So long as this company maintains its great service, I think I am going to stay with them as a weekly customer.

I had a wonderful young lady by the name of Celina come in Thursday for a  cleaning of my mothers home. She came in and introduced herself to my mother and me and asked if we had any special instructions before she started the cleaning cleaning, This made my mother feel a little more at ease as she fought us tooth and nail when we told her we were going to have someone come in. 
I did stay with her for the first 45 minutes just to see how she would interact with my mother and see how she worked. She started in the bedrooms and completed them from top to bottom while my mother sat close by to keep an eye on what was being done. After that I did leave letting her know I would be back just before she finished.
Upon my return I witnessed Celina and my mother sitting at the kitchen table enjoying a cup of coffee and conversation (shocking). Celina asked me if I would mind checking out the apartment and if she had missed anything she would be happy to re-clean any missed areas. Well I have to say I was very happy with the completed job. My mothers place looked wonderful but I was even more happy that she had taken the time to engage my mother.
