Lepore's HVAC

after a year of excuses and lies, Lepore never made good on any of his promise. his company did an install of a new HVAC unit on my home. He cared a lot more about securing funding than securing a permit and ultimately never got a permit for my install. His guys fell through my ceiling twice and also made a few other unnecessary holes/damages throughout my home (fortunately nobody was hurt). He referred somebody over to make the repairs to my Drywall but I ultimately ended up paying and he never reimbursed me. I could go on with other problems but ultimately I would suggest to just stay away from this company unless you like being treated like an *******. The only positive thing I can say is that the unit runs nice and cold but I'm not looking forward to what's going to happen if I ever sell the home and I have a home inspection with no permit.

Buyer beware. Owner Mike contacted me after receiving a referral from Angi that I needed a HVAC system. He came over and we agreed price but no written proposal was shown to me or signed that day. I didn’t think much of it because it seemed like we bonded and established a mutual respect and trust for each other. I specifically asked him if he was going to take care of the fee for the permits and he said yes. That was April 2023. Now it’s July 2023 and no inspection dates. Asked me to do him a favor and call the town to see where the permits are, pay for them and then he’ll square up with me. Like a fool I trusted him and spent $220 for the permits which were ready since May 19 and took all of 10 minutes to get. He said he’s been trying but it took me 10 minutes. I told him it took 10 minutes and he said “if I would have told you it takes 10 minutes you would have told me to get them”. Now he is saying on his proposal it states customer pays for permits and won’t pay me back $220.

Lepore's came right away and got the furnace replaced and the heat back on. They were very professional and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a very reasonable price.

I think we were very lucky to stumble onto this outfit.  Easy to work with, very competitive and a vendor of the number 2 rated brand (Bryant) by consumer reports.  They were able to work a day earlier than they originally projected and got the job done in one day, just as we hit the heat of the day.  Their crew were very nice guys, pleasant to have around and very knowledgeable and professional.

Mike, the owner came to my home to look at the heating system. I had 3 other companies come to take a look. All three of them said I needed to replace my furnace. Mike took a look and said it just needed a small repair. I was so grateful that he was so honest and he took care of the problem right on the spot.
I would highly recommend Lepore's HVAC to my friends and family. I will also be using them from now on when I have a problem.
