We ordered lawn core aeration, they did bits and pieces and left large areas untouched. After we complained we were told that everything was done perfectly. Stay away from them.

It is 5 services a year. They set it up. I would use them again.

Its an ongoing. I hire them for the year so they have a schedule for the year. They have it all scheduled, grub control, weed control. You buy their service for the year so it is all scheduled. Depending on the weather too of course. Like I said it is a contract for the year so it is a specific amount, and they break it down. They are the only people I have ever used so I can't compare. As I said they are affordable. I would use them again.

They are great, I have been using them for years and years. I am afraid to stop actually, I am afraid of what will happen to my yard if I take over. They come out about 6 times a year. They are very good. If you ever have a problem they come back. Or questions they come back. They are very reliable. I have never compared the prices to anybody else. I they seem fair to me. I don't know I have never compared them. They are affordable. They do a wonderful job with weed control. Considering all my neighbors have weeds and they blow over here. They would all be A+ actually if you had A+. I would use them again. I have probably been using them for over 10 years. I would tell someone hire them, use them, if you want nice lawn.

It was great. They have been here two times since March. They are amazing. My grass looked hideous. It looked like the home was abandoned and they have gotten the grass green again. I dont even have to keep track of anything. When they come, they put the door hanger and they bill me. It is great. It is stress free. I have used them for about 4 or 5 years.

They fertilized my lawn.

My lawn has never looked better. They do a great job. The pricing depends on the size of your yard and they give a discount if you pay so much up front for the annual service. I have been using the company for 2 years. I have not had too much interaction with the staff who come out. They leave a note to let me know what they have done and details on how to care for the lawn after they visit. They give great recommendations and advice. They come out on their own and scheduling has always worked out well for us. They also give a $25 credit for every person you refer for the annual service.

Very good service

We used this vendor for four years during spring/summer season but finally had to cancel due to quality issues. good price and professional billing/back office services. the operator on multiple ocassions dispersed chemicals too close to our children's play area and also spread chemicals onto our pavers, which wouldn't disintegrate even with a lot of water applied. I think root cause was trying to do too much too fast . what was a good service for a couple years degraded to inconsistent and careless service during the final year. the owner contacted us but it was too little / too late because we had already complained on two prior incidents. three times was enough for us to move on.

I didn't like it at all, and I confronted them many times. It was not the price but it was the work itself. First time when they came, they only spent about fifteen minutes or so and we have over one acre of lawn. There are places that don't need application but it is almost impossible to do it in fifteen minutes. I called and complained about it but they said it is a strong chemical and that I would have to wait a while for it to take effect. I waited for about ten days and I still had so many weeds growing, that it was almost like there was no treatment done at all. I called them back and they said they would do it one more time. The next time they came they stayed a little bit longer but even that spraying did not kill the weeds, so I didn't have them back this year. One guy from the company was very good, he had a really good attitude with me as a customer and I got him almost every time I called. However, I will not recommend them to anybody. They don't even inform when they are coming.

They are professional and punctual. I will consider working with them on an ongoing basis.

Things are going pretty good. I'm generally pleased, I have been using them for several years. They stay on top of it, my lawn is always green.

They were prompt and came when they said they were going to come. They did what they said they were going to and at the price they said they were going to charge.

Over the past few years their service has been getting worse and worse along with our lawn. Lots of crabgrass, bare patches. When the tech came, he was here and gone within 10 minutes, sprinting around our 1/2 acre property on a ride-on sprayer, so no wonder it had limited impact. When we paid them an additional $500 to reseed a bare area, they didn't bother lossening the top soil or covering with hay so none of the seed took. We were paying them over $1200 a year for fertilizing.
We did not renew their contract over the winter, but they came anyway (in the small print on their bill it says :and quot;for your convenience, service will continue from year to yearand quot;) and charged us $300. Apparently it doesn;t matter if you sign their contract or not, which is pretty shady business practices since they send you the contract three times over the winter and would surely know when you didn;t reurn any of them you didn;t want them. When I complained, they were rude and belligerant and said they thought everything was just fine (the owner didn;t even know my name despite me paying his bills for the past 8 years).
We switched to a far better service in Ridgefield (Earthscapes) for the same money. The guys spend almost an hour here for each service, and almost all the work is doing with backpack sprayers so the quality is infinitely better. The lawn has never looked better this year - no crabgrass and bare spots.
I wouldn't waste my money on Lawn Dr. They're not cheap, their quality is poor and their customer service awful and their business practices in terms of the renewal thing highly shady.

It's fine so far but it's really too early to tell. They were very helpful people. They have done only one treatment and so far I'm pleased with them.

They are good at what they do. I have never had a problem with them. They do what they say they are going to do and their prices are comparable.

I THINK THAT THE COMPANY IS JUST OKAY. THEY DON'T DO AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB, BUT I THINK THEY DO OKAY. THEY SHOW UP AND DO THE WORK. IF I AM NOT HOME, THEY LEAVE ME A NOTE TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE HERE.
