Clean Air Technologies is owner operated with the owner involved in every job that takes place. Whenever customers call, they will speak directly with the owner. At Clean Air Technologies, we're committed to customer satisfaction. We're proud of the work we do and pleased that so many of our customers tell their friends and family to call us up. We regulate every job by the high standards of the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA). If for some reason you are not happy with our job, call us and we will return the following day to fix it. We do not use any of the customer’s electricity to power our equipment.

"We called customer and ask if is OK to be there about 10am instead 8am. Customer reply is OK."
"11/14/2013 Most of the people we work with do not want to see their dust and dirt, they`ve been breathed before.Even if we offer them to see “before and after” They usually claim: “ I see the results of your job.” Our management is very sensitive about our performance and the “best possible service” is our motto. We take very seriously any mistakes or complains about our service, which didn`t occur in this case It is hard to recall that particular job since now is November and the job was done on March, so it is impossible to answer or explain anything."
I highly recommend them and would give them an A+ for professionalism and courtesy, as well.

questions and requests were clearly answered and agreed upon in a thorough and

"The customer received a discount on the service price at the time of placing the order and agreed to it. The first phone call by the customer was right after the service we performed, complaining about oil spill on driveway. Our technician stopped by the same day and cleaned it. The customer then called again complaining about the attitude of our crew and a service( not a well cleaned ducts). We made several attempts to resolve remaining problems. The customer then changed his mind stating that he is happy and satisfied with our service. The customer didn`t want us to come back and refused to see the owner of our company, who was willing to stop by and check the job that was done himself. The customer refused again and is not taking our phone calls. We can not determine what the problem is ( if any?). And at the end: false accusation against our technician and company without a proof is a serious matter and may end up in court."
