Ozzie is a great choice. He is skilled, fair priced, and extremely hard working. He redid a 650 sf deck for us, and the results turned out quite good. Ozzie was always striving to please, immediately corrected anything we were concerned about, and was never away from the work site until the work was completed to our satisfaction. The huge bonus is Ozzie is such a nice person. He is respectful, and shows integrity in every phase of his work. Ozzie has become my friend now, and I intend to use Cebeci Construction for other future projects.

We hired Ozzie to power wash our house, and because he was so thorough and noticed every little thing, we hired him to do a lot more work for us. He painted part of our house, including the front door, he stuccoed sections of broken foundation and painted them. He repaired trim around the front of the house. He polished the copper small roof over our bay window-something we didn't even ask him to do! He repaired and resurfaced our driveway. Every single thing he did, he did with care and concern. My only caution would be the language barrier. I think its important that when you hire him (and you should) that you have everything in writing so there isn't any mis-communication either way. We plan to hire him again!
