I asked them to fix my house and they went beyond my expectations by offering me the level of quality I was expecting from them. I feel that they fixed my house as if it was their own, for the long term and by bringing added value to each details. You can trust them to do an excellent job! I strongly recommend them!
Description of Work: The main work they provided was related to: - Removed and replaced squirrel damaged wood on all three garage doors. - Installed cedar colored vinyl privacy lattice below deck. - Replaced Approx. 800 sq. ft of cedar siding. - Removed and replaced 4 x 4 deck support bases.

+ 0 moreThe job was performed on time and as scheduled. The work was performed in a professional manner by skilled workers. Scaffolding was used but none of the shrubs were harmed and all trash was removed. The finished bay window roofs look better than the original window roofs when the house was first built.
Description of Work: Woolman Construction removed two old bay window roofs and recapped the window trim. They also replaced a window panel on the second floor. I purchased the bay window roof replacements, but Keith Woolman worked with the Lumber company to make sure that the bay window roofs and window capping were ordered correctly. This job was difficult because the old bay window roof had a lower pitch than the new roof, so the stucco exterior had to be cut. (I started looking for someone to do this job six months ago and I called 33 other contractors). Of the highly rated contractors, Woolman Construction was the only one willing to cut the stucco.
