Asteroid Heating and Air

I find them to be very efficient and professional. They're very helpful and answer any questions I have. I've recommended them to a friend who was very pleased with the installation of an a/c unit.

They've been intermittently coming in to repair a condenser in my home. They are down at the C range for me. They could make communication constant and follow up...which has been intermittent at that. I think that is because when summer time comes, they are all busy but to me, I am the primary customer. I don't care if they've got 50 people, I am the primary customer so it is nice that they are busy but I am still the one that's suffering.

They did all the analysis, all the work, took care of all the permits, applied for my rebates, showed up on time, and were extremely courteous and professional. The owner of Ram service (Joe Landis) delivered on every promise that he made.  I had 4 companies come out and I felt that they were (by far) the most knowledgable and more importantly honest.  He didn't pull any punches, waste any of my time, or play any games. (I wish that I could say this for all the contractors.)  In fact, he actually talked me out of spending more money on things that I didn't need. |I can be a bit of a pain with questions.  Joe and his team answered every one and returned all my calls promptly before, during, and even after the work was done.  I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. | |

Was pleased with the quick scheduling and ability to fix my AC after calling RAM Services  on a late Thursday afternoon.  I was not an existing customer, yet the owner, Joe, promptly called me back and scheduled me the following afternoon.  Bob came out and did several tests on my unit.  He discovered that the outside fuse had blown.  He left to purchase one, replaced it, and did some more tests, including ensuring that I had enough Freon.  He found some frayed wires inside the unit and fixed them.  He was very pleasant and professional.  He even cleaned the condenser coil for me.  I was very happy that my 14 year old unit was able to be repaired for a reasonable rate, and so quickly, especially since we were expecting warm weather in the following week.  I will definitely call them in the future for all my heating and AC needs.
