Great Rob came a little earlier than expected for an service call be cause my ac stopped working. When he got here I told him what the problem I was having he tested out the system and explained to me in detail what was wrong and showed me to the the best of his ability the problems. First he showed me the leaks on the pipes that go to the furnace to ac unit outside. Then he showed me the fan freezing up in the unit outside sometimes it would come on sometimes not. He did a very thorough job checking my system for other issues as well thank god everything else was good. We scheduled him to come out two days later which I thought was great considering were in the middle of the summer and I'm sure he is swamped. Again he came just a little early did his thing in about four or five hours he was done. He even had an electrician he works with come out to change the box on the outside of the house. Everything was perfect and was left neeter and cleaner than before he came. Thanks rob. Hope I never need your services again but if I do your the first person I will call.
