The computer technician, Kaspar, was very knowledgeable and very personable. He asked my son many questions so he could make the right diagnosis. Kaspar fixed the laptop and cleaned up other problems as well. The laptop was returned the next day in good enough condition to finish the school year. This business was in a home and was close-by. The hours were very convenient for working people. The service was outstanding! I wasn't charged for additional fixes that the laptop did not need given its age. I would use this business again and I am seriously thinking of taking my desktop hard-drive there for a clean-up.
