We liked them overall. We pretty much would give them A's straight through and probably just a B on...it can be a little tough to get in contact with. They were really competent. You could tell the guy knew what he was doing . Once they were able to schedule us in, they worked efficiently. The day they started to do it, we had a fire that night in the insert. And they got started a little later than they expected to so they kind of pushed through and got the job done all at once. A very personable owner and the guy he had with him, both nice, friendly personable guys. We use them going forward for yearly chimney cleanings.

WE HAVE BEEN USING SAME SERVICE NOW FOR OVER 15 YEARS. GOT NAME THROUGH NIEGHBORS THAT WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK. HE IS VERY DEPENDABLE AND HONEST.
