Expert Pest Control made a very worrisome experience (termites) much easier to get through. We were concerned that we may have termites present in the garage, Expert Pest Control was quick to respond to my call, very prompt, very professional, very thorough, and spent the extra time answering my questions and putting my mind at ease. We will be using them in the future and would highly recommend them.

We were very satisfied with them. They were prompt and polite. They did exactly what they have to do. They were very careful. Their price is reasonable.

On day of service, I was kept informed regarding unforseen issues encountered at their 1st service appointment in our area. They were running later than scheduled. As it turned out, they arrived only 15 minutes later than the scheduled time, with 2 hour window.
As discussed they arrived with 2 trucks, one towing a spray apparatus for dispensing the herbacide. Treatment was performed by the owner and a worker. For dispensing the insecticide they used a long reach spray apparatus, which allowed for accurate placement to areas on our 2nd floor. On one side, as discussed during the estimate, one worker exited a 2nd floor window and worked off of a low pitch roof area. He hoisted up the sprayer to treat areas no reachable from the ground. The worker was careful to not soil the interior or floor of our 2nd floor bedroom.
Treatment of the ivy was done last. Upon completing the work, there was some extra herbicide left, they offered to treat additional areas around and in front of the garage.
Overall, they worked quickly and carefully. They had no issue with me observing what they were doing. It was clear to me they are professionals who know what they are doing. Prior to completing paperwork, I was presented with a required EPA statment with information about the chemicals used. This is a form I was required to read and sign.
Now several weeks since treatment, I have seen no signs of insect activity outside or inside the house. The Ivy is dying slowly and may require an additional treatment. We live on a lake, so the herbicide treatment must be done as and quot;lightlyand quot; as possible.

The company was very prompt in service. They were combating yellow jackets in the structure of my home. I was a little surprise that they did this service in the middle of the afternoon rather than in the evening after they had settled. Consequently they had to do a repeat visit 3 days later. Since the 2nd visit I haven't seen any yellow jackets. I do believe that one visit would have sufficed if it had been done in the evening. But I am however completely satisfield with the end result. I am thinking about getting a year around maintenance agreement with them but will wait a little longer before making final decision.

They know my house, and they know what needs to be treated. If I have a problem, then they will include that into their treatment when they come out.

They were nice, competent, did good work, and completed the work on time. The price was also reasonable.

We have been very happy with them as they are very responsive. We use them for eight months in a year. We have them treat for the regular little pests around the house. We have them do only the outside of the house as we don't have any problems on the inside. We had a problem inside the house once and they came out the next day and took care of that. We are very pleased with them and we would have cancelled them a long time ago if we weren't. We asked them once to not walk on the driveway but obviously the kid did not get the message and he walked on our driveway right after it had been sealed but it was alright. He tried to be careful but there were footsteps down the driveway. It was not the end of the world as we had it redone since then and we can't even tell. We don't have anything to compare their price with. They were the most responsive when we started calling companies to get the estimates. We would say that what we pay is definitely worth what they do for us. We would absolutely hire them again in the future.

I contracted for a termite inspection of our home. The technician was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He did not find it necessary to do any treatment for termites, answered all our questions and gave estimates for dealing with other critters that he noticed in our home like carpenter bees.

I am pleased with their work. I intend to call them back again to do more work this summer. My intention is to have them do termite treatment for the house as preventative. Their price was good. I will use them again in the future.

They were local and responsive when I called so that's why I went with them. They were very pleasant, nice, and didn't try to sell me anything. They did a thorough walk through of the house and sprayed what I requested him to do. He said if I am needing a follow up to call him.

Performed admirably. Came immediately, completed when promised and on budget.
