The owner was out of town, but returned our call. He sent one of his guys. He worked around our schedule and the repair was quickly done. The price was very good. His guy was pleasant and professional.

I have used this company several times through my warranty company (because they're the only plumbing company on list). The owner and workers were all pleasant enough.
The garbage disposal was replaced via a worker and i was moderately pleased. I say moderately, because although the unit was replaced in a timely manner, the worker had no idea how to connect the disposal unit without it shorting my circuits and eventually  modified the power to the unit. Not even sure if this is legal, truth be told. But so far (God willing) nothing has burned down or burnt up!
The faucet - I was a bit perturbed after  finding out the owner (whom performed the work) only needed to tighten a screw on the faucet. to stop the drip at that moment, but when I explained that it would continue again, he informed me to continue tightening the screw or contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Hmm, okay. For one, I've had other contractors perform nominal work and not even charge for the call after finding it as simple as a screw. But hey,  a contract is a contract and if he's going to charge my warranty company for the house visit, then I have to pay the deductible (okay). Second, if I tell you this is an ongoing situation, shouldn't you just tell the warranty company the unit needs replacing??? Hmm, this was the second perturbing factor.
Lastly, a few months ago I called him to troubleshoot, fix  and\or replace the sump pump and he did call me back but never showed. Of course I called him several times and left several messages but no return call. So i went to Home depot, and bought the replacement piece needed. The owner called me roughly 3 days after I did the work. He left me a voice message, apologizing for not showing up and instructions to contact him if  I still needed his services. (Hmm, okay, again I'm a bit purturbed.)
Overall, I suppose I'd give the guy\company a Fair recommendation. But I have to tell you, I've worked with plenty of plumbers in the past and my experience with this plumbing company leaves a lot to be desired.

I called Ron, left him a message. He called me back right away. We went over the details on a Saturday he was over on Monday,  just like he said he would be. He's a super nice guy. Checked out the disposal, I thought it was seized but Ron found a small spoon lodged in the disposal and boom....problem fixed. He gave me a break on his service fee, which was super cool as well. It is very rare in this day and age that you find someone with the professionalism and polite demeanor that Ron possesses. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him for all of my future plumbing needs.

Their pricing was low. They were very good. The gentleman who came knew the plumbing, knew exactly how the drains ran and had the equipment with him. He was great and was pretty straightforward.

My downstairs toilet had a blockage. I tried several times to snake the rattling object. We had Ron Davis out for a previous job, and was pleased so we called him back. He was very helpful and informative, like before, troubleshooting the problem to the right source. He made two trips, trying to save the toilet, but no use. We both agreed a new toilet was in order. The blockage was probably a toy, as it rattled in the drain. Even though his main supplier's building had just burned down, he had a toilet for me within a couple of days (non-white toliet). He was professional, courteous, and genuinely enjoyed my kids antics. I'd hire him again, if need be.
