The side rail on my daughter's bed has a 1"x1" wood attachment upon which the box spring support slats sit. This broke at one of the screws and was not salvageable. I sent an inquiry to CBM as to whether they could cut a replacement that I could then bolt on in place of the broken piece. I received a response in less than 24 hours. I brought the broken assembly to CBM and Mike took great care of me. He and a contractor who happened to be there came up with some suggestions to make the assembly stronger. My replacement wood parts were then cut from stock and plastic-wrapped to the broken piece for ease of transport. This place is just like one I more or less grew up in in Kearny, NJ, m y hometown. It was called Zalkin's and it was the place to go for parts, advice, and a generally good experience. They knew how to keep customers and it appears that CBM does, too. These days customer service is often abysmal and it's good to know that places like CBM continue to survive. They have the Big Box stores beat six ways from Sunday. I'm sure I'll be using them again for future renovation projects. Thanks, guys!
