The job fell short. Caps to cover the screws were lost. The finish around the door frame was not clean and well constructed. Some messy white dust from their cutting had to be cleaned up by us. The door was difficult to close and Joe said we should wait and see after some time as it should get better. It was probably just from the tight seal. Months past by and one door knob later, it was now just as difficult to close and the deadbolt hardly would close without a super strong push on the door. I texted Joe who agreed to come out but then cancelled. I asked again and he said Ok but it’s been a few weeks again and no answer or schedule to stop by. Joe should stand by his work but so far he hasn’t.
Description of Work: Replaced wood door with a steel door and added doggie door to steel door. Price is for labor only as I purchased the door directly.
