Description of Work: Ms. Cheslo is absolutely the best, professional and knowledgeable. She knows a lot about pianos and other instruments, so is a real resource about anything musical. Absolutely the highest rating.

 + -1 moreShe arrived, discussed the piano, tuned and evaluated it, took her time, talked about the other instruments in the room and some useful musical organizations and gave a very honest set of recommendations. She is a delightful person and we both found her completely professional and just outstanding at her job.
Description of Work: She is a real find! I would give her an A+ if I could. She is a wonderful person who did far more than just come in and tune and evaluate an old baby grand. She really went above and beyond, giving us a lot of helpful information the harp she saw in the room and various music organizations that might be useful. She was completely professional, and gave us an honest and no-nonsense evaluation of the instrument. We efinitely plan to use her again.

 + -1 moreJane was very chatty and friendly. She was very thorough and was there for about 2 hours in total. She described to me in detail what needed to be done and asked me before she went ahead and did some additional work that needed to be done. She is a 4th generation technician, is very knowledgeable and seems to love her work. I will now need to get my piano tuned twice a year and I will call Jane for that.
Description of Work: Piano tuning of a hand-me-down Emerson upright piano that had not been tuned in 15 years, some cleaning, reshaped the felt heads that hit the strings. The piano tuning alone was $75 and the additional $20 was for an unexpected service that needed to be done once she was looking at the piano in person.
