Made it out on short notice on a holiday weekend.  Got everything fixed and cleaned up.

They give excellent service.

The plumber sent by Mr. Rooter arrived on time and was very professional and courteous.  He left the bathroom looking as if he hadn't been there!

With temperatures below freezing last weekend, a water pipe burst in the garage. To put a stop to the water explosion we had to shut the water main off. It was very challenging to get a plumber out on Saturday night, however, we had a plumber at our door withing an hour and a half after calling. They were very proffesional handling the call and promising a call as soon as as a plumber was available to come to our home for the repair.
The cost of service may have been on the high side, but considering the circumstances, outside temperatures and not having water in the house it was well worth it.
They also have great hours for emergency situations.

It seemed to be fine.  They resolved the problem.  I wasn’t happy on their pricing.  It was like you had to bargain with them.  They gave me one price; I let them know I found another price.  They then went down, but were going to charge extra for something else.  I told them I wouldn’t pay and they did it for the lower price.  I was happy they resolved the problem.

Their service was very good.  They were a little pricey, but other than that they were fine.

The service was fine, but quite expensive.  He did let me put the check in over two months.  Originally he wanted to charge me even more.

They come in the middle of the night, when necessary. They’re a little more expensive, but you never have to worry about anything! Their work is guaranteed. All prices are fixed and they go by the book. They’re the Rolls Royce of plumbers! They clean up after themselves and are courteous to work with as well. I’m not easy to please, but I’ve been very happy with their service overall.

They are respectful of my home and come professionally dressed in a uniform and booties. I absolutely plan to continue working with them. I can’t say enough good things about them!

They were one of the few companies that called right back.  I had called late at night in the winter.  He cleaned up everything.  He did a good job, but they are not cheap.  It was worth it.  He stayed with the job till it was done.

They did a good job.  They were in and out.  I wish they were a little cheaper, but they always do good work.

Service was fantastic!! I called in a panic this evening because my whole downstairs was flooding. My toilets, sink and tub!! First, I was amazed that I did not get an answering machine, I told the girl my problem and she said "no problem", we can have someone there within the hour. The Technician did arrived within 1 hour of my calling (actually about 35 minutes), complete with his own mat and little booties that he put on his boots! I easily recognized the decaled van and the technician in a uniform. He came in surveyed the situation explained to me what was going on and gave me my estimate. Once I approved for the work to be completed he began. The technician took care of our problem, which actually was pretty tough.   It took longer than expected and I was concerned about some overtime fee (after all it was early evening already), but the technician assured me that the price he quoted me would be the final cost. When the technician completed the work he cleaned up any mess and made sure things were nice and clean when he was done. I am very impressed with this company and would most definitely recommend them. The office staff and the technician were both very courteous and professional and took care of my problem quicker than I thought possible!

I had a stopped up drain, and they responded within 2 hours of my call. The technician was professional and courteous, the service was performed quickly and cleanly. Everything was A-ok but for the price, which I thought was a little high for the work done. I will probably just rent a snake and do it myself next time.....
