+ -1 moreOne thing I like is I get pretty good reception and I have got a 10% discount. The only problem is the difficulty of reaching the right person at VERIZON. Once I get hold of them then they are very responsive. I would continue using their services.

+ -1 moreWe have 2 cell phones with them. It can be challenging with the plans. Now you can't really get a phone without a data plan so we have to pretty much keep our old phones to keep the cost down.
Description of Work: I have cell service with Verizon. I've been with them for 12 years, maybe even before they were Verizon.
