One thing I like is I get pretty good reception and I have got a 10% discount. The only problem is the difficulty of reaching the right person at VERIZON. Once I get hold of them then they are very responsive. I would continue using their services.

We have 2 cell phones with them. It can be challenging with the plans. Now you can't really get a phone without a data plan so we have to pretty much keep our old phones to keep the cost down.

We have had no issues with them so far. Overall they are above average. I would use them again in the future if needed.
