The team arrived on time and did an exceptional job. This is the second time I have used them. The first time, they successfully removed red wine from a beige carpet after the stain had set for about a week.

Everything went well. They did a good job. They were very professional and showed up on time. The man who came out to the work did the whole job himself and he went above and beyond for us. We were very pleased with their services.

Quick service, very happy with the results and the price was great. I would definitely call them again.

The carpet was a disaster and we thought it would have to be replaced but OXYMAGIC got out 95% of all the stains and lightened the remaining really bad ones.

The initial contact (the phone call) was pleasant. I got an appt. to my convenience. He arrived on time. He explained the process to me. He was finished in a very timely manner. I was pleased with the results.

THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE NO SMELL BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE BUT THERE WAS A SMELL and REMAINED IN THE HOUSE FOR 3 DAYS OR 4 DAYS and I WAS WORRIED ABOUT WHAT AFFECT IT WOULD HAVE ON MY BODY. IT WAS A VERY STRONG SMELL and SEEMED IT COULD HAVE BEEN TOXIC. THEY WERE ALSO SUPPOSE TO CLEAN THE TILE and GROUT BUT THEIR SYSTEM DIDN'T WORK SO THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THAT. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN DUE TO THE SMELL.

I only had to wait five days for an appointment. I was given at specific time when they would arrive. I got a phone call two hours before the time saying that they were running late and would be there a half an hour later. They did arrive about twenty minutes after the originally scheduled time. The technician was extremely polite and efficient. I was satisfied with the job. But, I was disappointed in that the steps and entry way weren't completely clean. The steps were better than they were before, but they were still dirty. The entry way looked the same. So, I don't know if my expectations were too high, or if they could have done a better job. I'm still going to give them A's because I think other people should try them.

Thomas the tech (also the son of the owner) was wonderful to have in the house, explained the whole process, was neat, professional. The carpets were not left soggy, and dried in about one hour. As they dried no stains returned the house is very fresh and every time we vacuum the carpets get cleaner, just the way Thomas said they would.
