Florists
I ordered an arrangement thru Teleflora and had the option to chose the florist - I picked Family Florist because they were local, and I like to support our local small businesses. A couple of main issues - it was much smaller than it should have been, and most importantly, half of the flowers used were clearly not fresh. The arrangement started wilting after only 2 days. I contacted Family Florist directly - even sent them pictures of the bouquet. They did contact me back via e-mails & the next weekend - they delivered a new, fresh Birthday bouquet to my mother, who was very pleased. Many Thanks Family Florist !!!
