I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. I paid for a "deep cleaning" but I could tell they were overwhelmed by the size of my house so I had them just do a regular cleaning. They did a nice job.

Deisy was great during our initial conversation. A representative came out to see what they were getting into. She sent four worker bees for the initial cleaning and they did an outstanding job??. Two of them returned last week and did a great job! The price was great and I highly recommend their service!!!

Flexible and pleasant

Horrible. I wish I could show pictures. Under sofa- not even touched. Cobwebs in the bedroom. I had to ask them to go back and clean the bathroom floor and it was STILL dirty. The house does not feel clean at all. I offered them to come back and all they said was **sorry**. Put a complaint in through home advisor. They tried to reach them to resolve it but they did not answer. House smells like a dirty mop and seriously strong chemicals. Cobwebs on dining room ceiling. Under the bed was not even touched. There is hair on bathroom sink. I have a cat and a dog there are hair/dust balls all over the place. Everything feels sticky. Oh, and my cat got out I guess that is my fault for not watching them carefully enough. Worst cleaning experience ever. There is no excuse for such a poor, sloppy job. I should not have to ask them to go back and show them what they missed. I did not see the worst until they left and I had to do an inspection of the whole place.

Good communication and punctuality. The cleaning job they did was outstanding! The house hasn t been this clean since I moved in. Highly recommended.

They showed up on time and as promised and house was cleaned perfectly. I would recommend them. Very efficient and Covid safe cleaning. Both cleaners wore mask.
