Classic Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

The service provider only came out one time to treat my carpet. This did not get the formaldehyde out. I had to personally treat my carpet several more times because the service provider would not come back out and do the job correctly. I had to pay to have my bird boarded for weeks and also to have my friend take care of my bird. I payed hundreds of dollars more in expenses to try and resolve this issue. I ended up stopping payment on the check because the service was never done to my satisfaction. They took me to court and I was unable to attend because I was very ill. They ended up taking the money out of my account without me being able to defend myself. They have caused me so much grief and stress over this issue. I would  not recommend this company to anyone.
