+ -1 moreWe had a very positive experience with Jeff Careaga. As home buyers, we had two septic inspections, both of which failed. We requested, and received, a credit of $20K from the Seller for a new septic. Jeff took soil logs (soil samples) in expectation of planning and installing a new septic. Then he viewed the septic and told us, "this septic is older, but it is fine." Jeff demonstrated high integrity, as he easily could have made thousands by installing a new septic. But he saved us money by telling us the truth. We went ahead and got the soil logs done so that will be completed if/when a new septic is required.
Description of Work: Jeff inspected our septic tank and took soil logs.
