Went very well. They were responsive to every phone call. Came out fast and on time. Rich performed the service for me, and did it perfectly and was very clean. He's a very nice guy, and I would trust him to service my house in the future, even if I wasn't home. The pricing is transparent, and he worked fast and didn't waste any time.

Provider assessed the problem by phone and advised that it was a common problem and would not require parts. An appointment was made for the following morning, December 15th. The service man arrived on time and repaired the problem.

I really cannot say enough good things about our experience with All Jersey Appliance Service. Rich was very personable, and charged us a fair price to replace the two ignitors on our 36" Viking range. During the same visit, he also diagnosed issues we've been having with our LG Washer, and was very honest about the high-cost of repair and recommended that it might be cheaper to purchase a new washer. We found Rich to be very honest and trustful, and would highly recommend All Jersey Appliance Repair to friends and family. It's so nice these days to find someone who is honest and takes pride in their work.

Final price was slightly higher than telephone quote, but additional parts needed to be replaced (and I don't know anybody who can diagnose a problem exactly over the phone). Overall we are very satisfied with their work, and would definitely hire them again.

Very well, rich was early and the job was explained to me. Half hour and my drawer was fixed.he even wanted to vacuum the lint for me! Such a great person!

Called Rich and he came exactly on time and diagnosed the problem to be the thermostat. He ordered the part and called back two days later  to set up an appointment.  Keith, his assistant, also showed up on time (actually 1/2 hour early!). He repaired the wine cooler quickly. He brought a pad to protect the floor as he slid the wine cooler out to repair it. This is the second time I have used them and each time it has been an excellent experience. I would most definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Rich arrived early, waited for me to get home from work and let him in. Diagnosed the problem with my oven and corrected it. Explained to me how it works and why it wasn't working. Showed me how clean the the stove top burners myself, should the need arise. A good experience.

I would absolutely recommend this company in the future.  They came the day after I made the initial call.  They were done with their prior job early and called to see if it was OK to show up at our house an hour before scheduled.
He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it beautifully.  The dished have never been so clean.
Price was exactly what was quoted over the phone and not a penny more.
Highly recommend!
