Appliance Repair
The service provider assessed the situation, as far as I know tested a few things, but was unable to figure it what why the dishwasher will not drain. They blamed the problem on the plumbing. That doesn't explain why it worked perfectly for six weeks, and why the previous dishwasher worked for 20 years with the same plumbing configuration. Now I'm out $160 and I have to call another provider to have them fix the problem.

In both cases, All Jersey Appliance was able to come out the next day, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The technician thoroughly explained the issues. The needed parts were ordered, and installed within several days. Costs were very reasonable, and everything was done quickly, and professionally. The costs included two separate repairs, and three visits.

Prompt, courteous, professional...But when you find the $165 drain pump costs $29 on Amazon, well....ouch! I would not have known how to repair the machine, but that's quite a mark-up!

Your part 280187 retails for $168.64 at Tribles our supplier. We only use creditable local vendors who guarantee their parts. It went extremely well. Technician was very friendly and explained things very well. Job was completed in a timely manner and charge was reasonable and fair. He made sure washer worked properly before leaving. Would definitely hire again.

Great! Keith was courteous, professional and honest. Stated part didn’t need to be replaced, and could be fixed. Also, because there was heavy rain, he was considerate enough to take off his shoes at my door. He didn’t want to track dirt and water on my carpets. Now that is the reason why I would highly recommend All Jersey!

I was impressed from the beginning: from the person who scheduled the appt to the technician. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, said he’d order the needed part, and left. I got a call a few days later to tell me the part was in and they scheduled another appt. He came out 2 days later and installed the part, made sure it worked properly, and left. It was as painless as an appliance repair could be! He was courteous and friendly. The dryer has been working well in the few months since it was repaired.

my samsung dishwasher was leaking so I called on sunday and they came next day (awesome). They diagnosed the problem (internal drain pipe crack causing water to fill leak pan LE issue) and ordered parts then came back and fixed. I am so glad they were responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you!

He showed up when he said he would and did the repair quickly and neatly . Very professional . I'm happy to see an appliance repairman under the age of 60 ! Now I know if I need to have anything repaired he'll still be around . I would definitely recommend his service and will certainly use his service again should the need arise .

Easy to schedule an appointment for the next day. Rich called me and was available earlier than scheduled if it worked for me. It did, and he was there promptly. He was very professional diagnosed the problem immediately, but was honest that the repair was extensive and costly and suggested based on the age of the machine it would be wiser to replace. I felt he tried to help me out and was honest and fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

The washer would not spin. 2 mins and they determined the belt was off. Only charged for the service call. Very knowledgeable and honest! Also, they called and texted to let me know when they would arrive.

It wasn't working right and they came out and basically in five minutes said there is nothing much I could do for you, you need a new machine. The surprising thing was that he didn't charge to come since he couldn't fix it. It usually cost a hundred dollars just to have them show up. I was really overwhelmed because he was basically like you don't need me you need a new machine.When they don't charge you anything, that's a real "A". I would use them again, we've been using them several years. He recommended a good machine to buy, and we went out to buy it.

Rich, the technician, met me at the house, and seemed to know exactly what to do, to get the repair underway. He found the bad part in 20 min. Had a coil on the truck, put the new part in, and reassembled the dryer. Bingo!! All done. I even saved 10% on the part because of Angie's List. I couldn't be happier with my choice of a repair company. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you All Jersey. Thank you Angie's List.
