I called Friday late in day, he returned my call very quickly and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Arrived early,  located problem and took care of immediately. He was neat in appearance and friendly.The price was very fair.  Would certainly use again in future and would highly recommend him.  A++++

The serviceman was at my home just as I pulled in my driveway from work ,
as planned.  He helped me into my house as I needed assistance due to
heavy ice/snow in my driveway. He quickly found the problem &
repaired my old dryer at a reasonable cost.
 He then asked to spread some rock salt on my dangerous driveway to help
me. I not only found a great appliance service but a kind  &
thoughtful gentleman.

Due to a cancelation in his schedule, Rich was able to repair my dryer on the same day I called. Very professional, great customer service.

No problems - he took care of the problem and was reasonable.

He gave us a discount through Angie's List which was 10% off. He was very nice, on time, and very honest about everything.

My refrigerator simply stopped running; I lost everything in the freezer and had to toss everything in the refrigerator as well.  I was sure I was in for a new refrigerator purchase but took a shot (on a hope and a prayer) with arranging a service call because I am dead broke!  Well, Richie showed up, identified a malfunction with my thermostat, replaced it, charged an honest and reasonable fee and saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. 
All Jersey Appliance is now in my CONTACTS and I plan to use them exclusively going forward.

Repairman came was able to diagnose the problem.  Luckily, he had the part and was able to repair immediately. Great overall service!

A dishwasher in a home that was serviced by my company became faulty after we had left.  Of course we received a phone call from the homeowner indicating we had broken the said dishwasher.  My company had nothing to do with this said dishwasher.  To keep everyone happy, my company hired Rich of All Jersey Appliance Repair to go to this home and see what the issue really was. Rich gave me a specific quote over the phone and ironed out all appointment scheduling details  with the current homeowner.  He was in constant contact with me throughout this process.  He also verified that it had nothing to do with the services we performed on the home, but again, to keep everyone happy in the business world, we just paid Rich to take care of this issue.I have to say I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish.  I called the office of All New Jersey Appliance Repair and within minutes, I received a phone call back.  Rich took the time to listen to me, ask me my personal views on the situation and he took it from there.  As soon as the job was complete, he called me to let me know exactly what the problem was and did as he said he would.I am grateful that I found him on Angie's List and will continue to refer him and personally use his company as well.A job, very well done !!!

Rich arrived promptly and fixed by ice maker and my viking stove griddle top. He was quick, efficient and pleasant. He also had several parts on his truck so he did not need to come back a second time. I will use him again in the future.

Rich came within a couple of hours after I called.  He took the Model and Serial number and called the office to see if the touch box part in front of the stove was available.  The range was 12 years old and the part unavailable since the model was discontinued a few years after I purchased mine due to heating problems.  He suggested that he disconnect the touch box of the stove which was causing the problem.  It would make the stove top burners available without the oven.   It could be used indefinitely until a new gas stove could be purchased.  He also said that if I purchased a new one within a 90 day period, he would be happy to connect it for me.

I was concerned the compressor failed on the refrigerator.  the gentleman came the next morning after my call, at the time he said he would.  He quickly determined the problem and had the part with him.  the whole repair took him about ten minutes.
I hesitate to spend money on a repair analysis only to find out that you need a new appliance.  The experience changed my mind.  they were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and fair in price.  Saved me probably $1,500.00 in replacement costs.

We had no clue what was wrong with the smoking washer, so he could have told us anything and we'd have believed him.  I imagine a new belt is about the cheapest repair there is for a washer, so I feel I can trust him not to take advantage of us.  The repair was done quickly and there has been no additional problem.  
We have a refrigerator problem now.  Since we'll be calling him again, that's as good a recommendation as there is.

Rich fixed the problem with my dishwasher, a dishwasher I thought for sure I was going to have to replace!  He was fast to respond to my original phone call, showed up on time, fixed the problem, price wasn't bad, he was professional through and through and to top it off, he's a really nice man.  What more can you ask for?  I'd recommend him to family and friends and call him again if I had another sick appliance.

Returned my call almost immediately. Was at my house at the time he promised which was a few hours after our conversation. He repaired two broken appliances ( a refrigerator and a microwave) and instantly diagnosed the problem. The gentleman was extremely professional and worked rapidly. Professional service, and excellent repair of two major appliances for a total of $175.00. It doen't get much better.

All Jersey Appliance responded to our request to fix our dishwasher.  The individual was prompt and professional.  He identify the problem and fixed the issue on the spot.  The cost was reasonable and we will be calling again the next time we have an appliance issue.
