 + -1 moreExcellent. Our needs and desires were listened too. We got everything we asked for in a house. Found promptly by our amazing Real Estate Agent April Hawthorne. She truly did have our best interest at heart. So refreshing.
Description of Work: After calling many real estate agencies we discovered Schneider's April Hawthorne. She not only took our call but was ready to show us houses that afternoon. Being a military family we wanted to see a bunch of houses in a very short amount of time. April had us looking at houses in an impressively short amount of time. She really heard us and showed up exactly what we were looking for. We've worked with many real estate agents who push houses at our max price or higher but April was again exceptional in that she was mindful of our budget. Not only did we see many houses that fit our desires but also fit our desired budget. We found our house in less than 4 days. It was a fun experience with April. A shocking contrast to the usually stressful time of moving.
