Kevin came out the same day we called, was right on time. Very courteous and professional. He diagnosed a very minor problem - ice build-up. He removed the panel cleared it out and recommended the proper freezer settings to prevent any future problems. We will definitely use Kevin again, and recommend him highly!

Kevin quickly determined that an ice dam had developed in the inlet to the ice maker tray. After thawing the freezer sufficiently to clear the blockage, Kevin reinstalled the tray and then installed a new water inlet valve to prevent future dripping into the tray. He was courteous and professional throughout and will definitely give him a call the next time I need a refrigerator repaired.

I was greeted professionally and asked specifics regarding my problem. I was given a choice of appointment dates within that same week. When Mr. Hunter arrived, he was very pleasant and did not waste any time addressing my issue. He was very polite and even offered to clean behind my refrigerator.
