The two women who work for Sherry arrived on-time.  They were pleasant.  They began cleaning as I had requested - a general cleaning prior to closing on our house.  We didn't have time to do it ourselves since we were moving out-of-state a few days later and had a lot of other things to do.  Things seemed to be okay, they asked questions as they went along or I offered suggestions for certain areas.  Then Sherry arrived.....she started micro-managing everything that these women had done for the two hours they had been cleaning. She was telling them what they did wrong and she started re-cleaning things that had already been done which was just running up the cost.  If she wasn't happy with the work her girls did, that isn't the client's problem and we should not have been charged for that additional time! She started re-cleaning the master bathroom - the end result was that I had to go upstairs and tell her I wanted a general cleaning to get her to stop.  I also asked them to just "wipe out" the refrigerator/freezer - they left and I opened the freezer to see it had not been done.  They were talking in the driveway so I went out and told her - she came back in and wiped it out (she did apologize).  The final straw was when we went into the master bathroom after they left to find cleaning residue on everything.  The large whirlpool tub was covered in a white film as were the sinks and the tile deck of the whirlpool tub. We had to clean the entire bathroom again. Overall, the cleaning was poor - I would not recommend this company.

They got me on a schedule right away. It was within a couple of weeks of me buying the deal. There wasn't anything extra than what I paid for. They were fine. They brought their own cleaning supplies, they came in, and did a good job. They did it in the time frame and didn't charge me any extra.

I have used other maid services in the past and Bright and Shiny is by far the best.  No problems, always calls to confirm date and time, shows up, cleans and leaves.  We have many cats and you can't tell we have any after they get done cleaning.  I would highly recommend them.

The same people come every month, not a lot of turn over.  They get the job done well, efficiently, and are out.  No problems at all. The price is competitive and the house is noticeably clean and smelling fresh when they are done.

Vendor did not contact me via my preferred contact method; hence we did not connect within the time frame that I required services and I ended up having to make other arrangements.

We agreed that after the holiday she would come and clean.  I have not heard from her since then and have misplaced her contact info.  Would like for her to come and clean since I already paid.

They did a very good job.  Whatever they cleaned was squeaky clean.  Scheduling was fine.

They were thorought and I appreciated the Mother's directness.  It was quite easy to schedule.  My first option was not available but my second option was.  The price was a good deal.  Communication was good with them as they called me to let me know they were running late.

They were excellent. They were very professional. They were here for 4 hours and they did a great job.

The person who called said that this was due to a death in her family, but evidently there were no other employees in their system that were not affected by this so they cancelled. They did tell me to contact Angies's list to see if you had someone who could fulfill the commitment. When asked about rescheduling, I was told that they do not do Saturdays which means I would have to take a day off from work to get this rescheduled.

They did a good job. They weren't into tapping into the smells that we associate with clean, which made the analysis of the service tough to rate initially.  I would suggest that they squirt some febreeze strategically.  They did make a point to move furniture and get behind things that normally don't get done.

We were seeking someone to do a thorough housecleaning for the holidays. We contacted the Bright& Shiny Maid Service, left a message. They contacted us the same day & asked us what we wanted done.  We gave them a list, they asked for some clarifications, told us their per hour charge & how long they estimated the job we outlined would take.  We set up a work date, they called to confirm, & arrived on time.  They went to work immediately and completed the job well within their estimated time.  We were quite pleased with their effort & the clean house! We will definitely use them for the spring cleaning.

Sherry and her daughter arrived about 15-20 minutes late and left 20 minutes early.  I didn't mind this at the time because I thought the work had been done very quickly and the deal I purchased did indicate that it was for UP TO 4 hours.  I informed Sherry and her daughter that there was one room that I definitely needed cleaned.  One of our bedrooms was being converted to a nursery.  Both Sherry and her daughter worked diligently as soon as they arrived.  If all four hours were spent in that one room, it would've been worth it if it were clean.  After the cleaning was performed and they left, unfortunately my husband and I discovered that the bedroom was still not clean.  My husband indicated that he had to get on his hands and knees to clean the floor and baseboards.  I saw some dirt and dust on the tops of the chest, dresser, tv credenza and windowsill and was very disappointed because this is the only room I cared about getting very clean.  We had to spend time we didn't have in order to clean the bedroom.  Sherry and her daughter did clean some of the room, but in the end, my husband and I wound up completing the clean up of the bedroom.  The bathroom and kitchen floors were wiped with a rag and cleaned nicely.

It was alright. Two people came in and did the work it was very light cleaning. They were in and out.
